Curse of the Spawn #25


There is a demon in Harley, the Hellspawn Angel. After work, he is accosted by two thugs. Angel's desires finally surface and Harley kills both men, beginning the rampage. He then tracks down his friend who is on a date with Harley's dream girl, Kelly. The possessed Harley kills his friend and another couple while Kelly escapes. Arriving back at her house, she discovers Harley with her murdered parents. She is able to finally calm Harley while Angel schemes. (www.spawn.com)

Curse of the Spawn #24


A retired Navy Captain, Jonathon Unger witness several government wrongs and collects the damning information. Armed with this information, the government tortures and imprisons him, but it can't break his resolve. After Overt-Kill murders his family and his fiancee', the government offers Unger a chance to kill him. While looking for Spawn in New York City, Unger is confronted by Overt-Kill. After committing suicide, Ryan Hatchett finds himself on the flip side of Earth-a zombie world ruled by Zombie Spawn. The Freak dubs Ryan's new name as Hatchet, Executioner Of The Dead, and then tells him his girlfriend Suzette is being sacrificed to the Zombie Spawn. The Curse meets Antonio Twistelli in the sewer and gives him the name of Keene. Meanwhile Vincent D'Egallo, A Knight of Templar, is confronted by Cog, who warns him of potential doom. After Twistelli kills Keene, he tells The Curse where D'Egallo is located and is attacked. In his questto obtain spiritual armor, The Curse captures D'Egallo and cuts him open. Twistelli escapes and returns to the sewer the same time the Neece does, and a fierce battle ensues. Twistelli and Neece survive, but D'Egallo & The Curse die. (www.spawn.com)

The VSP is looking for someone who belongs to the ancient and ex-communicated order of the Knights of Templar. Mafia boss Twistelli experiences several hits. The first bomb, strapped to a small boy, killed several of Twistelli's friends at a wedding; an anti-aircraft gun destroyed the money laundering warehouse, the cell phone cloning operation and a restaurant. Twistelli calls the mob to find out who is after him and why no one will get involved. Jason Wynn gives Twistelli the news: he abused Overt-Kill, a prized plaything of an Italian godfather. Abdiel has been undercover in Hell for six months. He is put in charge of gathering provisions for the welcoming of Al Simmons. He is told by Angel General Cheriour that the time to attack the Malebolgia is near. After being scorned by friends at Poacher's bar, he returns to Hell. During the arrival of Al Simmons, Abdiel is just about to attack Malebolgia when he is summoned back by Cheriour. Infuriated, he asks God if he is doing His will.
